SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CM Power Labs products are prepared and dispatched from specialist fulfilment locations. Estimated preparation and dispatch lead times range from 2–14 calendar days, depending on the product ordered. Many items are completed sooner, and tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.

Items held directly by CM Power Labs are normally dispatched on the next working day and are typically delivered within 48 hours after dispatch.

Where an order contains products with different preparation times or fulfilment locations, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one package. This does not affect the total products in your order. Separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment where available.

UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50. Eligible Clan members may use the approved Clan shipping benefit for free UK standard postage and packaging, using the same email address associated with their membership at checkout. Promotional and creator discounts cannot be stacked unless expressly stated.

Preparation and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. For delivery questions, contact support@cmpowerlabs.com with your order number.
