Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the CM Power Labs website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens and production batches. Sizes, specifications and availability may change. Many apparel items are produced to order by a print-on-demand partner.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment would be unlawful. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before fulfilment. Promotional codes and Clan benefits are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or corrected where used improperly.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds page form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The CM Power Labs name, branding, artwork, product designs, text, images and other store content belong to CM Power Labs or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, use automated systems abusively, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those exceptions, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, production partners and delivery carriers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Contracts and disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply where they live.
